I'm not getting notifications. Snare runs on time windows; without push you won't notice when it's your turn. Check in your device settings that notifications are allowed for Snare, and whether Do Not Disturb or a Focus is active. Also check your channel's quiet hours — outside those, the game deliberately doesn't draw.
I can only read, I can't post anything. Your membership has lapsed. Your channels and photos are still there; once you subscribe again you can carry on. If you've just paid, tap "Restore purchases" under Account.
I paid, but nothing happened. "Restore purchases" under Account fetches the purchase. If that doesn't help, write to us with the date of the purchase — the receipt number is in your email from Apple.
How do I cancel? In your device settings, under your name → Subscriptions → Snare. At the latest 24 hours before the period ends, otherwise it renews. We cannot cancel for you.
How do I join a channel? Have someone show you the QR code and scan it, or open the invite link on the same device Snare is installed on. A channel holds up to 25 people.
Why can't I upload a photo from my gallery? That's intentional. Photos come from the camera only — otherwise it wouldn't be much of a game.
How long do our photos stay? They stay until you delete them. You can remove your own posts, admins can delete content from their channel, and deleting a channel removes everything in it.
Someone is behaving badly. Tap the post and report it, or block the person. Admins can remove content and exclude members. For serious cases, write directly to abuse@snapordare.app.
I want to delete my account. In the app under Account → Delete account. That removes your profile, photos and posts. You must also cancel your membership in the App Store — deleting the account does not end it.
What is Volt? The in-game currency, earned or bought. It lets you send a single dare, put a bounty on one, force an instant snap, or buy yourself off the bench. Volt never buys points or wins, has no monetary value, and cannot be cashed out.
